Bianca is a graphic designer with a focus on service design. Bianca has a systems view of all the projects she works on, using her expertise in research methods and visual design to make complex ideas tangible and easy to communicate.
Bianca lives with her cocker spaniel Meg, and is pursuing her MFA in Service Design from Savannah College of Arts and Design.

Noel is a San Francisco-based research and design leader. He helps organizations frame their opportunities for innovation; leads cross-disciplinary teams to hatch impactful ideas; and guides the creation of digital products and services that help people and companies grow.
Noel was previously Executive Creative Director with R/GA, VP product and design with Zelle, and VP user experience with Crispin Porter & Bogusky.
Karen Remsen
Karen is a UX Researcher with a background in UX Design, and so she's a natural fit on integrated teams. Her favorite part of her work is bringing clarity to complex design and business questions and giving product teams the insight they need to move forward with confidence.
Karen lives in Chicago with her husband and balances UX research with her career as a visual artist.
Tarah Knaresboro
Tarah is a designer specializing in research, strategy, and conversational interfaces. She loves digging into complex, human-oriented problems, and emerging with elegant solutions on the other end.
Previous roles include Director at Grand Studio Design, Design Director at Renalis Health, and VUI Design Director at Wolters Kluwer Health.
She lives in Phoenix, AZ with her pit mix Leona and tomato garden. She has a 1-0 amateur MMA fighting record.
Ann Conway
Ann is the founder of Amplify and has a background in product innovation and service design. She is experienced in leading research and strategy projects on complex questions, designing data-driven experiences, and developing user-centered mindsets and skills within organizations.
Ann is the founder of Bird, a coaching platform for everyday runners, that was a member of TechStars 2020 and acquired in 2023.
Ann lives in Chicago with her family and their two dogs, Ruthie Bader Ginsburg and Cosimo de' Medici.
